Your Campus Credentials
Every student has a network login and password. These credentials allow you to use school desktop computers and give you access to the Internet and Wi-Fi while on campus. They also get you into your email and into certain online applications on the campus network. Once you receive your credentials, please memorize them!
About Your PasswordYour password must be changed every 90 days. You will receive an email reminding you that it’s time to change. Changing your password is not optional—you must do it for security reasons.

Getting Assistance with Campus CredentialsStudents may request technical help by phone or email. A support agent will promptly respond and seek to resolve your issue. For example, you can contact the IT Service Desk for assistance if you forget your password or get locked out of your account because you didn’t reset your password by the required date. You will need to know your student ID number to prove your identity when you call.
Contact IT Service Desk Monday through Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. On campus: Ext. 3880 Direct line: 864-335-0673 Email: [email protected] Submit a Footprints ticket: https://support.bju.edu If you call Monday through Saturday between 11:01 p.m. and 7:29 a.m., or anytime on Sunday, you will receive a call-back within 10 minutes after your initial call. Your School Email Address
Every student age 13 and older is automatically assigned a school email account. Students under age 13 may also receive an account with parental approval. (Please contact the middle school office if you need a form.)
While students are not required to use their email accounts on a regular basis, a wise student will develop the habit of checking the account regularly. Many teachers send valuable information via student email—reminders about upcoming quizzes and tests, helpful study guides, grade updates, and occasionally extra credit opportunities!

Students keep the same email account from 7th through 12th grade, and they are welcome to use the account for appropriate personal purposes and for school business.

Every student has 1 terabyte of free Cloud storage for documents you create and use in your classes at school and at home. You can also “share” documents with other students if your teacher has asked you to collaborate on a project. If you use iPads or school computers during your classes, your teacher may ask you to save your work in OneDrive.
