Please review the exam schedule for complete details. Exams will begin on Wednesday, December 14, and continue through Friday, December 16, with students dismissed between 10:30 a.m. and noon each day of exams.
Because of system constraints, at the high school level we will disable parent/student access to grades in NetClassroom on Wednesday, December 14. Final exam grades may be posted on teachers’ doors, and final grades will be available on NetClassroom report cards on December 19. Be sure to print any information you may need from December 14 through December 19, such as missing work, etc. The middle and high school orchestras will perform concerts on Thursday, December 4, at 6:30 p.m. and Friday, December 5, at 7:30 p.m., respectively. The middle school orchestra will perform both sacred and fun traditional Christmas music. The high school symphony’s concert is titled “Christ, the JOY of Christmas!” Seasonal favorites such as “Sleigh Ride” will be featured as well as selections from Handel’s Messiah—complete with guest artists! Come join us as we rejoice in Christ, the Joy of Christmas!
The high school’s Concert Choir and Honors String Quartet and the elementary Vocal Ensemble will all be performing Christmas programs at Biltmore House in Asheville, N.C. next week. The Concert Choir and the Honors String Quartet will perform on Monday, November 17; and the elementary Vocal Ensemble will present their program on Tuesday, November 18. Performances are presented several times between 5:30 and 10 p.m. We’d love to see you there!
